Returns & Refunds

- Return period: you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
- Conditions:
  - Product must be returned in good condition.
  - Ideally in its original packaging or in packaging that provides adequate protection during transport.
- Return procedure:
  1. Contact us at support@auryn.us with your name and order number.
  2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions to follow.
- Return fees: unless there is an error on our part or a defective product, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Refund:
  - Refund is processed after receiving and inspecting the product.
  - It is issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
